The production process of parts
1- Parts design and reverse engineering unit: performing digitization, 3D printing design, polymer base determination tests, dimensional control of parts and other tests
2- Mold design unit: design engineers perform the design based on global standards for mold making.
3- Laboratory unit: All laboratory tests include: analysis, cutting test, abrasion, tensile, etc. according to global standards such as ASTM, DIN, ISO, etc.
4- The production unit includes: the equipment is as follows, which is capable of producing all kinds of rubber and plastic parts up to the dimensions of 1800*1800 mm.
5- Quality control unit: The ultimate goal of this unit’s management is to plan and implement the plans developed to fulfill the technical and quality requirements of the institution and the legal requirements and mandatory standards, as well as to meet the quality demands of the customers. The management of this unit includes activities such as planning and supervision of inspections and tests in all operational processes and coordination with other units in order to improve the level of production quality and develop a quality culture at the company level, which QC managers of Omega Industrial Group sensitively and they take the necessary measures to control the parts.
